I just had my appoinment today at Bupa Dental Kilkenny and the customer service was so nice. All staff were very friendly and explain everything to you what you need. All the doctor are good and knowledgeable.

My wife visited this clinic for simple check up and ended up in hospital. They started RCT treatment without discussing any cost and without consent.

The worst customer service I have ever seen, reception staff all disappeared for about 10min leaving customers unattended, when there are 2 on duty. Need to work on this Bupa

Great customer service, was a pleasant visit to the dentist. State of the art machines and equipment. My teeth are healthy now and happy.
