This place deserves 5 The food was great! Good size serving. Staffs were great and helpful. And the baked potatoes were the best I have ever eaten. And the Pork Belly was amazing!

Food was delicious,  great place for a relaxed dining experience.

We dined here on New year's eve, only adding 1 more star because the staff here were amazing and location is perfect beachfront. However, the food was such a letdown! I expected so highly of this restaurant given the good reviews. Thanks for capping of our 2020!

We went for the seafood and if course when you are on the West Coast.. here for the White Bait fritters as well.. They were were awesome.. great view looking at sea while dining

Absolutely beautiful and delicious meal and would definitely recommend Ocean View Restaurant to visit.  The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will be back next time visiting Hokitika
