The Ocean Fresh staff have always made me feel welcomed and relaxed. Given my wife's coeliac disease, they have ensured that the fish and chips have been free of gluten and wheat products. The fish is always cooked to our liking, and their chips are to die for. We have always been completely satisfied with their service and their delicious food. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a quality and generous serving of Aussie Fish n Chips.

Very disappointing tonight. Ordered 2 pieces of crumbed Flake, 2 potato scallops  and a mini chips.... got home and found 1 decent piece of fish  and less than 1/2 of a second piece!!!! 2 potato scallops and probably a small serve of chips  not mini chips....tried to ring them 10 minutes before they closed....NOT AVAILABLE!!! AND the next time I phoned....the Message bank is FULL...RING LATER!!! NOT HAPPY!

I’m the kind of person who doesn’t leave reviews. I’m also incredibly patient. I’ve given them at least 4 go’s and they are consistently SLOW. Two women behind the counter don’t seem to care about the line out the door or the fact that people have ordered food as they meander about the kitchen doing seemingly nothing. Waited 40 minutes for a medium chips. Finally had enough and walked out the door before I even made it to the counter this time.

Worst hamburger I have ever tried to eat. Stale bread, greasy cheese and what was supposedly called a meat patty was not cooked. Walk the extra 50 mths to the Golden Arch.

Best fish & chips I've tasted in a while but we had to reheat in the microwave. It was our 1st time & will be going back again. Worth the drive from Dicky Beach

I really appreciate a good potato scallop and these did not dissapoint. Fresh oil and nicely battered. Burger was good but many fillers in the beef patty. Overall, very good. Thankyou.

Order was Slow. ordered snapper and was definitely not snapper that was served…chips average at best

Have been there many times over many years; but today around noon was the worst. The minimum chips were ok; but what was supposed to be a piece of Flake $11 was very small & leathery. I thought I was eating a football!. I'm not sure if it had been re-heated? The batter was very dark as if the oil was dirty. Next time I will submit a photo. Maybe they thought an 80 year-old wouldn't be able to submit a review

Took nearly 1 hour to receive our order. Missing food from our order and the counter staff were not very friendly.
