Yum! Very nice fish and chips, burgers...always my go to when I want takeaway. Great portions and very fresh! Can get busy but worth the wait! Has online ordering with a great menu. Parking: It's a small shopping centre parking lot with plenty of parking.
While the food is nice. The service is always below average. Kindness goes alot further than the patronising behaviour you will receive from the staff here, especially the owner. They're one of the only fish and chip shops in the community how hard is it to say a "hello" to your regulars. Also avoid the place if you're hard of hearing. They call out your name when your order is ready and it's impossible to hear clearly when they have the music playing at an inappropriately level. As the staff are unhelpful, they're not going to care if they see your order sitting for 10+ minutes while you're standing out the front waiting. It's called customer service and it's apart of your job. You'll just be made to feel stupid for not hearing your name being called out. Please do some training in basic customer service.
Great lunch stop. Burgers are huge and tasty, only rated 4 stars as my beef burger was warm not hot - only a small observation and will be going back for sure. Keep up the great work team K.I.S

Great little fish and chip shop. They offer gluten free products which are delicious. Our burgers were awesome. Staff are super friendly. Next time we hit the coast will definitely come back. Thanks for the great food and customer service.
Been here a few times but this time on-line order. Website is awesome and easy to place order. Order was ready at the time advised and the service at pick up was great. Food is variable from good to garbage. No consistency. Terrible organisation with orders very often wrong and either overcooked and greasy in warmer for too long or not even cooked when you arrive at the prearranged time. They charge top dollar for what is second rate food and terrible customer service. Don't waste your time or money.
Fantastic fish and amazing coleslaw. Online order was simple and ready on time. Will definitely be back!
