Disappointed in their refund policy and lack of customer service. I found that their woolen products were uncomfortable to wear and when I explained this, they wouldn't offer a refund even if I hadn't used the product. Simple called it a "Change of mind". There are options to pre-treat fabrics or choose wool of a higher quality that are less likely to scratch so much. They told me to take a store credit which ultimately means spending more in their stores. They don't have a great attitude to customer service or coming to a fair solution.
