As a owner of a House rented through O’ Brien R/E I do not recommend them One of their sales reps Katie Jones  has recently taken on the Hastings Franchise, Well if I had only known! My rent is now a week late! As Katie Jones said it is due to changing their payment system ! The tenant pays directly into their account by internet Banking as I have always been told in the past, so far they have ignored my email and have said repeatedly on the phone that the money would be in my account within 3 days,  It is now a week late ! I DO NOT RECOMMEND O’BRIEN REAL ESTATE HASTINGS, VICTORIA,. AUSTRALIA

A massive shout out to Katie owner of Hastings  I referred our current neighbours to her who had lost there mother and on the same day recieved a notice to move from there current rental ,Katie dealt it with such compassion empathy and made the experience of finding a new rental a stressful experience. Amazing lady   highly recommend her for purchasing or renting  Caroline

We have rented through O'Brien Real Estate in Hastings for about 3 years now. Although I should acknowledge that the rental managers are  only a go-between, we have been happy with how we have been treated as tenants. We have had a very large number of repairs and replacements needed and this has all been handled professionally and with a friendly and understanding manner. Thanks to Sue over the years at reception, and also now to Dimity. It's good to deal with people who smile, even over the phone, and who treat you with respect.

We purchased our first home through Obrien real estate Hastings and we had a pleasant experience. Obrien were always there to answer any questions and Katie even went out to our home to ensure all the switches in the power box were in an off position for when our power was connected. I am only disappointed about one thing, and that is the card and the gift from Katie Obrien was only addressed to my husband. I did not get a mention which was strange and made me feel left out.

Massive Thank you! To Katie Oliver and Simon Murphy at O’Brien real estate Hastings! Getting the Job done! Such a stressful time with selling and buying unconditionally, Delivering what they promised with constant feedback and communication. Will definitely sell my next house with the team at O’Brien Hastings.
