Posting for a friend. After their experience with said real estate. Will never use them again. Family member rented property managed by them..property sold..lease ended end of month...so that weekend...new owners turned up to move in! Real estate said old tenant would be out...WRONG...no communication between any parties. Thankful new owners were understanding and also would never use said agent again. Agent needs to look at staff and how they deal with clients. This isn't the only time we have heard of negative reviews.

Rebecca Strange - a clear asset to the team, had problems prior to being in touch with Rebecca and she sorted them out no worries. Excellent communication and professionalism throughout the ordeal, would highly recommend being in touch with her with any queries or concerns in regards to rentals. Amazing.

I would not recommend this agency. I reached out to the director twice to resolve a simple issue with a staff member and never heard back from him. Its disappointing and shows a poor attitude towards customers.
