Excellent place to stay with outstanding customer service. The rooms offer stunning city views and are quite affordable. The staff also assisted with parking, making it even more convenient. It’s an ideal base for exploring the city and nearby attractions.
I have stayed in multiple hotels in Melbourne and Sydney for work, and this is by far the hotel with the best customer service i experienced. Staff is well trained and sincere. Attention to detail was spot on.nStay was very warm and felt homely. The breakfast buffet was a proper spread not just a typical English spread that you would get normally at a hotel.nnIn room dinner costs were reasonable for the quantity and quality. The food tasted surprisingly better than some of the best restaurants. Dint get to try hotel restaurantsbit pricy but acceptable for a restaurant at a 5 star hotel, the rooftop bar offered a good view. Again the staff was very welcoming at the bar and very friendly.nnAnother warm experience for me was that i ordered few meals through room service for dinner as i had few friends over after work, and we realised that one item was missing from the order when the rest was brought to the room. The staff member was very sincere at the time, but then we said not to worry about it as it would take time to cook, and the meal portions we got were already generous and we decided to share. To my friends and my surprise, a senior staff member came back with the missed meal with an appology even after we said that we were okay without it and did not even charge for it. I guess they probably won few long-term customers.nnI was offered a free upgrade to a studio at check-in as i was there for a couple of days. Rooms were well cleaned, organised with attention to detail, and had all the amenities required. The view it came up with was amazing room 1609. Highly recommend a studio apartment for long-term stays. Rooms are well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine with a dryer.nnOakwood Premier Melbourne would be my first choice for any business stays in Melbourne. Also, i have to return soon now as my wife now wants to stay a night to enjoy just the view and the in-room dining.

I have stayed in countless hotels in Melbourne and around Australia and this is my favorite. First of all, the view! If you stay here ask for a room with a city view. The service here is amazing always with really friendly staff. The rooms are top notch. Very comfortable, clean & modern. The bed is one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in with exquisite bedding and pillows. The room service is delicious and the buffet breakfast is top quality. The only negative thing I can say but everything else is so good it is only minor is not having 24 hour room service.
