We used a pre-paid funeral plan and found that, together with the helpful, kind and low-tension relationship with staff made for a very comfortable experience.
We appreciate everything that Alana and her Team did to make our funeral such a beautiful and stress-free experience.
I would highly recommend Oakwood as a very professional and caring business. Our experience with them couldn’t have been better. Their attention to detail was excellent. They made the effort to learn as much about Mum as possible and gave her a funeral that was unique and perfect.
On the recent loss of our Dad, we found the staff at Oakwood Funerals to be so kind, professional and patient . They went above and beyond to make his service all that we could have wished for. Pauline, Peter and Tania made a very difficult time so much easier for us as a family; they are very special people and we will never be able to thank them adequately.
Oakwood Funerals supported our family friends with a funeral arrangement recently. The attention to detail with organisation of the viewing, the service and the cremation were superb in every respect. The Oakwood staff were empathetic and supportive throughout.
Absolutely terrible consultation experience. We were sent a price list within a few minutes of our first call and not offered any sympathy or acknowledgement of our loss at first meeting - I definitely felt like I was being 'sold' a funeral.
These guys did an excellent job organising the funeral professionally and were great to deal with assisting in making the funeral what my mother would want. Highly recommended!
The staff at Oakwood made one if the hardest experiences easier to go through.
Narelle and her team made everything easy for us. Nothing was too much trouble. Several people have commented on how lovely the funeral was- it achieved all that we hoped it would.
