Stayed here for two nights at the end of March. Lobby was neat and tidy, staff were helpful and very friendly. Room was clean and tidy, offering a reasonable size TV, separate bedroom, full kitchen, and a washer and dryer. Air conditioner was a little noisy but fully functional, and closing the door from the bedroom helped substantially. Very convenient location, being a comfortable walking distance from plenty of essential services and recreational activities. Very reasonably priced considering the location and quality of the room. Overall a fantastic experience and would definitely go back next time I'm in Melbourne.
One of the lifts was out of service for arguably one of the busiest weekends in Melbourne Grand Prix weekend. It took at least 20 minutes waiting each time you wanted to get into the lift, squished in, and many times walking up and down 21 floors. It took 40 minutes of waiting at checkout to be able to get into a lift. There were no offers of compensation made, and if we knew that one of them was out of service prior to booking which speaking to the residents, seems like it had been an ongoing issue, we would never have booked here.
Elevator - This service was a disaster, 1 out of 2 lifts were active. 1 Lift servicing up to 30 levels, was time consuming during peak times and guests/residents becoming irate. This definitely left a sour taste at the end of our stay. Service - Check In staff was lovely i didn’t get her name. We did make a call to reception on our last day to try and cancel our last night however they advised nothing they can do. Room - Room was clean, however very small to accommodate 4 Adults. x1 2seater couch plus dining room for seating. View of the city was amazing, the location was good, car parking was difficult for me personally but secure and good, traffic you can hear but we weren’t in the city for peace and quiet. Other than that it was okay. Solid 3 Star Review.
Location location location Right in the heart of Southbank and so very close to the stadiums only a short walk through the garden and you’ll be at the MCG. The parking is unique, have you ever been in a car lift? It is an experience. The room was sunny, the beds very comfortable, the price was good. The room service was lacking; I’m not sure what’s going on with facilities, they are forever closed. I had a pleasant experience, I’ll probably stay again for the location mainly.
An average hotel. We had a noisy aircon unit and fickle tv that kept dropping its signal and so on. The staff are friendly and efficient. The location was good for our purpose. The value for money isn't there for me on this one.Rooms: 2/5
A good location with compact, clean 1 bed suites viz. ours. BUT... > A 37-floor apartment building with only 2 elevators... > One elevator offline during our stay and for 2+ weeks, apparently. > We had up to a 20 MINUTE wait to get to our suite, our car carpark, the lobby, or just OUT of the building.
On our last night room 2801 & while the staff and layout is fantastic, the lounge room was small for 3 people; the couch is VERY stiff and uncomfortable and only fits two small people or one adult, so I had to sit on the floor for three of us to relax. The room service was good timing, always came in 30 mins but the food was average… especially the breakfast, it was awful all 3 of us felt we wasted our money. Our room service cost for dinner, dessert, 4 drinks and dessert the second night was $ 311 the cheesecake was a tiny serving and the sorbet was frozen ice shards. The brownie was the only dessert worth the money. For dinner we had lamb backstab which was chewy but otherwise nice. The pork belly was alright. The beef nachos were okay, not much meat and the avocado with dinner and breakfast bland, brown both times and no flavour. We won’t return as we love good room service but otherwise staff were great and very clean and nice big tv and bedrooms great size!
1. Too expensive for a 2 bedder room. 2. Housekeeping service is bad, staff did not clean the toilets, curtains are not hanged properly thus allowing the morning sun to get thru and last but not the least when asked the front desk on the time for HSK services they mentioned “we can’t tell the time but they will come” 3. Unnecessary waste of space in 2 bedder room. For the amount I spent for a months stay I expected good service. I would still prefer to stay in hotel or an air bnb.

Melbourne is a cold place and heaters need to work. Room service was ok, but was hit and miss. Towel replaced, but tea and coffee not. Heater had to be reset serveral times and didn’t work most of the time. Very cold rooms. Rooms: Only stayed due to work. Cold room, heater didn't work.
