Stayed for two nights for a cheer and dance competition. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful, even received a called from staff a few hours after I checked in asking if everything was ok. Cleaners came in and services my room whilst we were out. Upon departure was greeted with a friendly smile and given travel Tim Tam's. Highly recommend.
We had an excellent stay for 4 nights. The bed was comfortable and the apartment clean and roomy. It had everything we needed and the location was convenient to the MECC and city centre. Highly recommended!
The staff don’t care to police parking, and ensuring that the actual guests park in allocated spots, leaving other guests who have said allocated spots to park in non-covered parking spaces.nI was told I was “lucky to even have a park as a B room” - There are two spots for my room number, one for A, and one for B. The other was already taken, and instead of removing the car that should not have been parked there, they chose to argue with me.nIt’s not “lucky”, it’s what is allocated. Won’t be back.
Can you just bring in normal tvs please for the love of god. Most of us are here for work, the last thing we want to do is wrangle and troubleshoot tvs and casting crap just to watch Netflix. The motels out bush can figure it out so what’s the excuse here? Deliberate torture?
We stayed in a dual key apartment as we were sharing with children. The apartments are very tidy and spacious with all of the items needed when on holidays. Have a full kitchen was great so we didn't have to eat out all of the time. Although there are plenty of dining options in walking distance. Rooms are very soundproof which is great when staying nearby to other famillies. The pool is okay, but not well maintained and pretty cold even in summer. Some spare blankets and thicker mattress toppers would be great to soften the firm mattresses. Overall, a great hotel.
