Went into this shop as an experienced hunting person not from the city but the bush. Had someone on video call as I went to buy something for home and wanted to check it was what my partner wanted. The guy yelled from the other end of the room “excuse me you can’t film” even know I was not filming I had someone on the call. Infront of a few people in the shop then proceeded to watch me like a criminal. When they could have had an adult conversation and walked over to me. To say rude and the worse gun shop and most unfriendly gun shop I have ever walked into. Definitely not from the country these people

I attended reasonably early in the morning, the staff were polite, friendly and willing to help. One of my favourite gun shops to call into to.

All the staff are friendly and willing to help out customer's. Always happy with their service and recommend to everyone

Great range, knowledgeable staff offering solid advice, picked up what we needed.

Friendly experience and very good price. When I got there it was very late, but very friendly they let me buy what I needed ,all day I was driving around Victoria to find one box 6.5CM  but they have many different brands with good prices in store. Finally at the end of the day I feel happy, this morning i should go to O'Reillys . They got everything in stock which I couldn't see anywhere else

Sales person Dave Kelly rude & not friendly as customer service not recommended to do business with this person.

Quoted one price over the phone and when I showed up in store, was quoted an entirely different and significantly more expensive price.  Good selection of items available, however the significant difference in pricing between quoted and reality is extremely disappointing.  I will not be back.

Great customer service and great banter, I spoke with a Jack G who took the time to answer a million questions, these guys are definitely getting business from me in the future!

Be prepared to wait 40mins plus for service and zero acknowledgemen from staff you are even there.  It's like the hunger games trying to stake your claim in line.  Multiple people who come after you will be served first, and staff show zero sense of urgency while other customers are waiting having casual conversation.  Prices aren't worth the wait either, definitely head the 15km to Tullamarine where you will have far better options and less wait with better prices.
