Happened about year ago, brought my RIFLE and SCOPE to get fitted, 1st started to complain because it was s Saturday, and I spouse I wasn't spend the big bucks to be important enough, but what was worse, they couldn't get a screw off to fit the rail for the rings, so to loosen it they took one of those blow torch lighters to it, which made it worse, they said it was a manufacturs problem, so I took The gun back to the store i bought it from, when they looked at there handy work, they just laughed, and said did they do certain things to remove the bolt, which I don't remember what they said but I know they didn't, you could tell they knew much more of an idea on how to handle those problems, in the end it cost me $95 for the gun smith at gun emporium, to fix the problem which they did a great job, never set foot in that shop again.
Am in no way related or am benefiting for mentioning gun emporium, they just deserve the credit when credit is due.

This used to be a great store to pick up your hunting needs,  not sure if it changed management but will never go there again.  Staff are rude and unhelpful, limited stock compared to other stores.  I would suggest going elsewhere.

Who is the new owner ? and does he care about the survival of his business ? Put your foot down to educate your sales team to offer a better service and to be polite at all times

Poor Service , Some arrogant staff, prio too high most of the time ...Go Gun Emporium.or Clayton' Firearms ..not worth the trip to Thornbury ...had to even get off street parking , luck uf yiu get the nearest side street that come from the Metro station
