Great service, my windscreen was replaced and I was in the road within 1 hour. Great staff working here. Highly recommended.

I can highly recommended the team at O’Brien not only  for the rear windscreen job they completed for me but how they went above and beyond to help me with my car on the day  When an electrical fault prevented my car from moving they helped me, by trying to find the fault. They went out of their way trying to get me a tow, checking mechanically how to fix it AND then electronically via the onboard computer - finally resetting the fault and getting me on my way!  A huge shout out to the team there for their skills, curiosity, tenacity, problem solving and great customer service! Thank you for not only doing the job I was there for… but also helping me get on my way and also back on the job the next day!

Replaced all the bits hanging off my windscreen. Very happy with the service.  If the car got a wash as well I'd give 5 stars.

Comfortable waiting area. Staff were professional and didn't waste time. Job was finished well within the quoted time frame.

Just popped into O’Brien’s as my rear view mirror had fallen off. I wasn’t sure what to expect, or the cost. I was greeted instantly by a very friendly manager by the name of Ross who immediately attended the vehicle and advised they could do the repairs there and then. Ross engaged technician Tom who was also extremely friendly, professional and helpful and 5 minutes later, the mirror was remounted! It’s rare to get this type of excellent service these days and I was even more impressed when Ross advised No charge for the repair! Wow. I’ll never even think of using any other establishment for any glass repair or replacement, thank you very much guys for a brilliant customer service experience. 10/10Service:&nbsp;Auto windshield repair
