The team at Carrite auto repairs really went above and beyond for us in servicing our car. They completed a major 120km service in a half day, whilst other places were asking for 2-5 days.

They loaned us a car for free. When we returned to their office (before the car was due to be completed, as we figured we'd wait around), they were more than happy to show us their work in progress and explain to us what was being done and why. They even filled our water bottles with ice-cold filtered water (on a hot day, this is much appreciated).

Their prices were lower than everywhere else and I feel like their service has been above and beyond.

Carite guarantees their excellent work. Ask for Matt and say hi from Philip. Well set up workshop, we'll trained and experiancing staff. Advises cost before any work. NO HIDDEN COSTS. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Excellent, friendly customer service and best price too! Matt and team went above and beyond when they accomodated my request for my car to be completed earlier (my day unexpectedly changed), including picking me up when I was about 5 minutes away. I highly recommend Carite. Thanks again guys!

From the moment you walk into the office and look out onto the well organised workshop, you know you're in a quality mechanical repair shop. Great customer service, excellent tradesmen who are experts in their field, and convenient with a couple of loan vehicle options. The 5 vehicles in our family are all maintained here, and I'm very pleased with the results. Nice people to deal with too.
