Cheap prices, great service and friendly staff. In order to make an appointment over the phone, a $100 deposit needed to be made, also over the phone. The reasoning for this was that some people don't turn up for their appointment, but this might put some people off using O'Brien Auto Glass. O'Brien's Townsville were able to fit us in same day, staff were helpful & polite. Recommended.

Had my windscreen replaced a couple months ago, and the didn’t bother cleaning the inside of it so when I’m facing the suns direction, I can barely see out my windscreen. This should be a must do and should not expect that the customer will just “do it”.Service:&nbsp;Auto windshield replacement

Asked for quote, dropped $150 because I didn't want to book it in straight away, fair price ended up being nearly half initial quote.

Great Service, Replaced my windscreen very quickly in under an hour, definitely using them again when I have to have my windscreen fixed/replaced.
