Very poor communication,  they contacted us to say the job couldn't be done on the day due to injury, thts fine but knowing we had 2hr travel time and only being notified at lunch time was poor. Also re booking was difficult and we've had the job done elsewhere

No service from me, after waiting 10mins with a baby for the service clerk to fluff around finding out what car I had despite telling her exactly what it was. Then wait longer for another bloke who feel the need to big note himself to women. All I wanted was a simple price, not stand there waiting holding a 15kg baby because they can't get their act into gear. Then to be told I'd be paying the replacement of the windscreen if the nitwit staff break it. Um that's a big no! Considering Obriens history with competent staff break windscreens.

Awesome service, super easy to book online, came to workplace to replace windshield. Jake was great, with friendly quick service! Fingers crossed we don’t break another windshield but if we do we’ll definitely book O’Briens again!Service:&nbsp;Auto windshield replacement

Top service during window given in initial call. Only issue was took 4 days for glass to come in for what seems a common vehicle, but very small issue there.

We were quoted ‘around $1000’ to replace our car windscreen here. We got it done elsewhere for half that.

Awesome service! The team fixed my chipped windscreen within an hour without a booking.

Great job, windscreen replaced, electronics all working, clean dashboard, no glass inside anywhere, option of new wipers which I took, all sorted together. Well done O'Brien Shepparton. Pleased also with the before, on the day and after job phone calls, sorted out one small but vital problem, my fault, at the very start. Thank you O'Brien, or as said once by a funny fish 'Neirbo'.

OBrien glass did a great job of fitting a new windscreen. The booking and updates were shot on.
