Had Ford Focus serviced Late 2016 . Had been charged for replacement of genuine Ford window wipers . Only to be told by Ford they are no- Brand . ,  . They vibrated due  incorrect ones fitted . Also the spare was not checked , reading 20 pounds , as was pointed out from Ford mechanic that checked the Mechanics again on my car . Hence paying again , for the repairs that should've been done , but weren't. Have late Ford Focus Hatch ..Avoid at Cost . Will Not Recommend
