I'll be taking my future business to Novus. Travelling to Rockhampton from Barcaldine getting two call backs well past the quoted 6 hour bracket they give you. They gave me the option to drive to Bundaberg to get my windscreen replacement otherwise they couldn't do it because they couldn't get a windscreen for my Holden cruze hatch absolutely ridiculous. Rang Novus Rockhampton next morning 9:30 done.
I have never tried to deal with a company as incompetent as this. I have been trying since Monday to get a window in my Avida esperance Motor home replaced. After many phone calls and emails I have just been told that they can't do it .Save yourself a lot of time, go elsewhere.
Great service. Dropped in for a chip repair, got looked after straight away. Replacing a windscreen may take longer as the windscreen may have to be ordered in.
Damaged my car,parts missing nothing is on properly,no communication still not fixed after 6 weeks now only give one because it won't let u give none or minus no calls and they only respond to the five start comments what a joke

14/05/2022 insurance company sent me in for windscreen replacement met staff member behind counter Very Rude and belittling, he spoke with no intelligence, poor customer service skills and a formal complaint raised. My opinion keep the monkeys away from front counter or better training to be provided. Service: Auto windshield repair
