Just got my D MAX DONK 58 back yesterday and we are extremely happy with the work done on it , very good work done by the people in the workshop and the ladies at the office were really good also. 11 out of 10 . Be happy to support them and recomend them any time .Thanks Again.
Had a long wait to get a booking for repairs but that’s because I needed a bullbar. Supplier sent the wrong one after that but the office staff were very friendly & understanding & helped to rectify the issue quickly. Kept me up to date on my progress of repairs via text messages. Happy with the quality of repairs & paint.
My experience with Gemini was horrendous. I was rear ended at a round about. There was damage to the rear of my car and the front, as I was pushed into the car in front of me.nnUpon initial inspection, i was informed that they had ordered parts and would have the car ready soon. I then received a call stating that they were close to finishing. I asked for an itemised list of repairs as I hadn't been told anything. To my surprise, no repairs had been completed to the front end. I queried this and was told that they didn't think that damage was related no phone call to check.nnThen, a few days later, I received another call to inform me that they'd found more damage, the chassis was damaged, and the car would be written off.nnThis whole process dragged out for around 6 weeks. Had the damage been correctly assessed the first time, I would've had a new vehicle in half the time and saved on hire car costs.nnCommunication was poor and the whole process was super stressful. I just hope this isn't their normal level of service.
