If I could write a review with zero stars I would. The saga that we've been through to try and get our car fixed defies logic and it's still not back to the way it was. Completely dodgie. Asked for photos from a false racq claim. They won't provide them. Unbelievable fraud.

Useless, ordered the wrong panel 3 Times. 2 WEEKS OVER DUE. Don't know HOW they are a "Preferred" repairer.

Never heard back from them after the inspection. Waited over 3 months, I contacted them 5 times and still never heard back. Poor customer service and system uninterested in doing the insurance work.
