I had the pleasure of having my windscreen  fixed by an awesome professional courteous and outgoing  O’Brien staff member driver “ROB”nHe was absolutely amazing nHe explained everything to me.nOffered me all my options and even offered me the Bosch windscreen wipers.nHe definitely knew his products and was extremely knowledgeable.nRob has the best personality for customer service he is organised, neat and tidy.nHe takes pride and care with his work and presentation.nI also loved his collection of the colourful cars on his dashboard…you can tell “ROB” has a passion for customer service and cars.nThank you for fixing my chipped windscreen

Booked for a new windscreen this morning.nThe fitter came and saw me to say that the chip I had was actually repairable so was I happy to proceed with that.  I said of course and she said she will change the insurance claim at her end  she is authorised to do so.nCustomer lounge was clean and tidy.  Plenty of pod coffee and filtered water including cold if you wanted it. Biscuits and mentos provided.nWe received excellent service and very happy with their facilities.

Dropped car off at 8am. The person there said glass replacement would take 2 hours. By 1pm, I had not received a single text or call, so I walked over, and my car had been ready for hours, they dont have a number to call so the only way of contacting this service centre is to hope they get intouch with you... Workmanship seems fine though. Communication I would rate a negative score if possible. Just a bit too unprofessional of a business unfortunately.

This is the most worst experience glass replacing industry that I’ve encountered my insurer refer me to them and this o’brien staff booked me first and the day of replacing windshield appointment they told me that my glass was broken and they should rebooked me after two weeks time and today 2nd of August i came back for the second time around and they told me again that my glass has not been arrived from east state and they should be ordered after two weeks again…see how they play their costumer and keep on promising! They havent notified me that their new place is in Bayswater no text msg no call and surely these people are good in playing games! So beware of this guys in OBrien Bayswater!!! scamming poor people like me!!!!

So happy with the service I received on Thursday.  I arrived early and was lucky it wasn't busy the guys were fast friendly I highly recommend any work from these guys.nWell done
