I had my windscreen replaced by O’Brien and the service was excellent. The booking was easy, the staff were friendly and professional, and the replacement was done quickly and in a timely manner. The radar and camera were also calibrated properly, which gave me peace of mind. The new windscreen looks perfect and I’m very happy with the result. Highly recommend O’Brien for anyone needing windscreen replacement.
I contacted O'Brien as my driver's side door window had a crack. My initial contact was on-line and the request for assistance was outside normal office hours. Even so, I was contacted that night and with a minimum of fuss, a claim was completed and a visit to my home arranged for the next day to have the windscreen replaced.nThey arrived when the said they would and the technician also arranged for the window tinting to be dealt with by another company as O'Brien do not do tinting,nnThe one thing that would have been good is if O'Brien were also able to do the tinting at the same time. That would have made the experience just top class.
I had one of the worst experience ever with the O'Brien Bayswater. Their communication and transparency were simply poor. They quoted you at a lower price but charged you extra after job was done. The staff there just did not want to take responsibility for what they quoted and promised before the job.
I found this experience to be sensational! I was really stressed about needing this, but the team made it so easy. They were friendly and helpful at all times.
Absolutely disgusting experience!! We had our windscreen replaced as it was leaking Saturday the 5/10/2024. At the end of the day, our car was handed back to us. It all seemed fine until we drove it back home. We turned the heater fan on, and it made a loud horrible noise. It also made vibrations that shook everything inside the car. I could feel the vibrations through the steering wheel even without the engine running.nI took the car back to Windscreen O'Brien in Bayswater and the guys there refused responsibility for the problem. The gas lighting was unbelievable. Dispite the fact that they have obviously dropped something in to the heater channel, they proceeded to insist that the noise is from the heater motor bearing as a result of the water leak. In the end, I had no choice but to investigate the issue myself. I discovered that they dropped a rubber strip in to the heater and it got stuck in the heater fan blades.nI chose Windscreen O'Brien despite cheaper quotes from our local windscreen repairers as I wanted a professional job. I could not have been more mistaken.
