I had a great experience at O’Brien Auto Glass. I came in to repair a chip on my windscreen, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and clearly explained the whole process before the repair began. The job was completed in about 30 minutes, and the waiting area was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. She even offered cookies and coffee/tea to everyone waiting, which was such a lovely touch. The chip repair was done really well, and I’m very happy with the result. Highly recommend O’Brien Auto Glass for their great customer service and quality workmanship!
I went to O'Brien's to buy some decorations for a party I'm throwing for a lovely Irish lady. She's actually a great friend and deserves the best. The men at O'Brien's couldn't have been nicer. There's not much of a party section, but after chatting to a very kind man, I came away with a new set of windscreen wipers, the ones that you use when it's raining. He even installed the gizmos for me. Overall, a lovely day and great service for what it is. Thanks Mr O'Brien.nSorry, I meant this for O'Brien's Bayswater in WA. NSW is a bit of a drive at my age. I'm sure your team is just as nice.
Windshield chip fixed in 45 min, on the spot, no booking required. Amazing dedication by the whole team. They really went above and beyond. These guys helped avoiding an expensive replacement at a fraction of the cost.
Add my name to the long list of dissatisfied customers who will never deal with O'Brien Autoglass again.nn2 years ago, Bayswater Windscreens O'Brien installed a new windscreen, but left a tiny crack underneath the black circle where the Installer put too much pressure when re-attaching the rear vision mirror. I was assured it was encapsulated by the adhesive, and that their so-called National Lifetime Guarantee would cover it, if the crack grew.nnTwo years later, the crack is growing, and Bayswater O'Brien has disowned their guarantee which is really an advertising gimmick. They refused to look up the exit photos or the Installer's notes.nnIf you love your car, don't choose O'Briens. I have now found a much lower quote with a far more reputable repairer.
I had my car windscreen replaced at O’Brien Glass Bayswater and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Jacinta provided outstanding customer service — friendly, professional and very helpful throughout the whole process. The work was done quickly and to a high standard. Highly recommend the team here for any glass repair or replacement!
