Drivers don't seem to even try to deliver someone home all day the houses have numbers on it and didn't even leave a note at the house just got notification on the tracking couldn't find it. that's if they can even read the suburb usually ends up somewhere else in auckland and have to request refunds if it's not sign on delivery. nz post has just got a random to sign and delivered at a different address before also.
Driver sees us. Still leaves a missed you card. Organise redelivery, choose a date. Never comes. Find out... Left at shop due to previous driver being lazy, and incorrect assertion of no access. Get parcels every day and have authority to leave. Never notified it was at the shop. Reference in online tracking ambiguous, but we wait because IVR says delays = maximum. Can't wait any longer. Sit on hold at call center twice, for half an hour stupid banners and loops... get hung up on by IVR. Call back. Mash keypad. Live agent says we have to pick up now. Was told Saturday shop open till 12. Pack up two young kids, masks on everone. Arrive to "Closed Saturdays until further notice". Driver useless, website useless, contact center IVR useless. Live agent, useless. Box pickup location useless. Me: No parcel still after 2 weeks. NZ Post: Pandemic hard; delays out of our control.

My parcels been missing twice! Don't even deserve a star NZ Post!
The postshop left a note in my letterbox to go there to pick up some mail but it was not there it was at another postshop.
Just had a wonderful experience with the team here. They genuinely look after the community.
They are friendly and helpful
Hard to find parking, but ok
