I never angry like this before. the attitude is really bad. i m not the person borrow money from ur shop. At lest plz give respects to the people bought goods from u. I just want to return the concrete block but the feeling is like i owl u. if have the half star actually i dont want to give u too.😡

Bad services, customer service is rude. I won't recommend this branch at all

They keep on over charging on the hardfill disposal. 1cubic meter is 1m x 1m x1m so a domestic trailer won't hold 1,5m2 concrete. Otherwise good shop

Have visited the East Tamaki branch a couple of times now.
Not a pleasant experience on both occasions. Tried to get information on a some of their products, told they don't have them even though I had just walked past 6 pallets of the stuff in the yard ! Had no offers of help to load up until I had finished loading them myself. Attitude (and English) of female counter staff member needs improvement. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
