Great experience at Nuway Western Suburbs. All the staff were very knowledgeable and super helpful. Damo was happy to assist loading grass into my car, and showing how the self-bag soil system works. All with a casual and genuine chat. I'll definitely be making Nuway my go-to for landscape supplies.

Staff are very helpful and gave sound advice on how much wet sand my car should tow. I borrowed their trailer, no charge, and all worked well. Trailer was like new and towed like a dream. Staff gave good advice on the type to sand to use to top dress a sodden lawn area. Will continue to use Byway. Reliable, sensible, friendly. Thank you Nuway.

Great response to a small issue, I had booked a trailer but it was double booked. So they offered me free delivery in exchange which was a nice touch.

The staff at this nuway are so helpful! I got great advice, they were polite and considerate and understanding. Im a first time home landscaper… was very happy! The prices are great too. Quite a bit cheaper that others I saw. And their hoop bark mulch is awesome!!!

Excellent service- very helpful - purchased garden pebbles - excellent quality.  Same day delivery of rocks for the garden  only $30 delivery Rick dropped off the rocks and service was great! Cannot recommend enough

I was unhappy with a soil purchase and spoke with Andrew who offered to fix it. He delivered a mix to add to the soil. Thanks for the good service.

Ordered 4 tons of soil as the price seemed pretty good. The customer service was fantastic. They happily rescheduled the delivery a couple of times at our request and kept us up to date on the delivery time. Great customer service is definitely something i value highly.  I’ll certainly be using Nuway next time I need landscaping supplies and have already recommended them to friends.
