UPDATE: I am happy to say that following another call to nuway they have offered a solution to the issue and have provided a higher level of customer service for which I am grateful. Thank you Nuway for finding a  workable solution.nn———————————-nnI recently purchased 5 star gold label soil from Nuway Westerns for my vegetable garden. While the quality was generally good and the team was responsive to my feedback, I was disappointed to find nutgrass in the mix— I even removed a small patch during loading, though I suspect more may be present. There were also bits of green grass in the soil, which you can see in the photo provided before I put the mulch over the top. Also,  when watering in the soil, water started to pool, i.e. drainage wasn't great.nnWhat really stood out, however, was the service. When I provided feedback, one team member was defensive, accusing me of not knowing what I ordered which in all fairness I didn't off the top of my head, know the specific name rather than taking the time to look up my order.nnI appreciate the offer of a complimentary bottle of Tempra as a gesture to address the issue, but given the premium price, my expectations were higher, plus I don't want to spray my brand new veggie bed with a herbicide... While the overall experience wasn’t entirely negative, I hope that the service team takes customer feedback more constructively in the future.

Visited the store on a rainy Wednesday and got a recommendation about their 5-star gold label garden soil, which is good for roses. Then I ordered it on Friday, it was delivered on Saturday. Turns out it has too many fine sands which causes bad drainage. I called back, but their employee asked me who recommended it, because I didn’t remember their name. I got nothing from their team. I had to pay extra to get good soil, which is a complete waste of my money and time.

Friendly, outgoing staff and top notch prices. Cannot recommend these guys enough! Wouldn't shop anywhere else for my landscaping needs!

Very positive experience !nThey offer a free courtesy trailer for taking your purchases.nI had no experience towing a trailer, but Oscar at Nuway Landscape Supplies was incredibly patient and helpful. He guided me step-by-step on how to properly attach the trailer to my car and even helped me remove it when I returned. His friendly and supportive attitude made the whole process stress-free. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing landscape supplies and great service

Great location, friendly staff and an all around excellent operation! Prices for potting mix especially good, and my garden loved it1
