I had a large and fairly complex order to organise at Nuway Landscape Supplies, but thankfully Dana was there to guide me through the whole process. We have rang to confirm whether the bafflo turf have stock and the reception said YES and no notice of the possible of the out of stock.When we come to buy on next Monday the reception said no stock and we need to wait until this Friday, the shop will ring to us to notice to pick up. Because of the good reviews we have paid full and wait.  Today the Friday we have rang to reception two times in the morning 7:00 am and 9:00 am to confirm the turf arrive time and pick up time. The reception has replied that we have no need to ring to them cause the shop will ring us to notice. We trust your business and wait until 2:30 pm still no any notice.  After we rang to your shop again. The reception said the turf has already arrived and could be pick up 2 hours before however we have not received any ring there are only three outgoing call from me to Nuway Western Suburbs, no any incoming call from you.   The reception said OH we have rang to you to notice before, that's really strange, are you serious or we could blame Telstra again ?nnWe trust your business however you have provided to customers:n1. Wait whole day everyone wait for your disappeared notice and our customers are not happy with us.nn2.  We have costed long traffic time cause 2:30 pm M5 traffic jam. And we can use more less traffic time in 12:30 pm if we received your correct notice.nn3.Our turf which have already been paid , however they have been put outside under the strong sunshine from 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm  and they are almost half cooked by sun.  We do not know they could be alive or maybe die when we plant them at customer land.nnIf they are not grow good and almost all be dead in the future, would Nuway Western Suburbs could provide us replace turd because of today's issues? Thanks.

UPDATE: I am happy to say that following another call to nuway they have offered a solution to the issue and have provided a higher level of customer service for which I am grateful. Thank you Nuway for finding a  workable solution.nn———————————-nnI recently purchased 5 star gold label soil from Nuway Westerns for my vegetable garden. While the quality was generally good and the team was responsive to my feedback, I was disappointed to find nutgrass in the mix— I even removed a small patch during loading, though I suspect more may be present. There were also bits of green grass in the soil, which you can see in the photo provided before I put the mulch over the top. Also,  when watering in the soil, water started to pool, i.e. drainage wasn't great.nnWhat really stood out, however, was the service. When I provided feedback, one team member was defensive, accusing me of not knowing what I ordered which in all fairness I didn't off the top of my head, know the specific name rather than taking the time to look up my order.nnI appreciate the offer of a complimentary bottle of Tempra as a gesture to address the issue, but given the premium price, my expectations were higher, plus I don't want to spray my brand new veggie bed with a herbicide... While the overall experience wasn’t entirely negative, I hope that the service team takes customer feedback more constructively in the future.

This place is great. Good variety of products, excellent value, and the staff are so helpful - they really put themselves out to help us source just half a dozen pavers to match our older ones. Would definitely recommend.
