I have dealt with the Norris Group for many years and the staff are very helpful to obtain the best price and level of services for the customer. Had my 2017 Lancer serviced, as these guys are closer to me on the 7/12/20. The text message with a link to a video done by the mechanic explaining what they did and reasoning is awesome. It is an extra reassurance for owners and will keep getting my car service from these guys
