I have never had such a positive experience when buying a new car from the phone call with Jesse too the decision buy my D Max X Rider it all came together in 48 hours and it was hand over time. I have to say that if you are in the market for a Isuzu you can’t go past Jesse Voice and the Nundah Isuzu team. I found the team starting with the Welcoming rep when I dropped my car off for a service Phil to the case repSarah professional and first rate. They were polite and kept me updated on my car and if any issue or approval was granted they sourced this feedback. The added bonus was turning up and seeing the car was cleaned as well, the cherry on top for a great day of service. Almost felt like I was going back in time with personal service like this.

My Xterrain is woking out really well. Took it on a road trip as soon as i got my hands it and it performed perfectly. Only niggle for me has been that it only has 2 tie down point in the tray, but i have managed to work around that so far. So still convinced no other ute comes close for what i want.
Both the D-max I bought and the service have been absolutely terrible. Have had issues relating to the transmission dropping revs before gear changed and now jumping occasionally when starting to accelerate. Have been told the drop in revs is a normal characteristic of the car which has only occurred and become more obvious since owning. Almost ever single weld on chassis has started to have paint chip and peel and started rusting. I noticed this not even 2 months after purchasing. Upon trying to have the chassis repaired I have had multiply emails ignored after I was assured I was "buying a superior quality vehicle and that any of the staff would be able to help me with any problems I had". Continually have been told the rust in my car is not the dealerships problem and to deal with Isuzu Australia directly. Just another dealership that wants nothing to do with you once they collect their money and you drive away. Appears you don’t get a response unless you email almost every staff member there. Tried emailing the dealer principal had a return email advising he was on holiday and to contact another staff member on his behalf. Upon doing so I got a call being advised "the business of selling cars is bout making cars cheap to increase profits" going completely against what’s advertised online and "every car will have paint chipping immediately off the welds" and that this is a "normal and regular problem that dealership is aware of it". Would absolutely recommend looking elsewhere other than an Isuzu. As the service and vehicles seem to be substandard at best. - Josh Davis
Had my MUX for over 5 years now. Traveled throughout Australia and used many Isuzu dealerships. I have never experienced better service than Nundah Isuzu. The service team kept me informed and always willing to listen and help. Thanks Nundah Isuzu, you have restored my faith in car dealerships
Incredibly straight forward and to the point. Great price. Car arrived quicker than expected and Jesse was brilliant to deal with. First service was easy and quick as well.
Initial sales experience was great, Dmax is great, however was promised things regarding racks and platforms that were not delivered. Also, faulty canopy components resulted in a warranty claim, and 2 months later has not been progressed at all, let alone rectified. Aftermarket canopy etc seems a better option.
