The staff are always very friendly, helpful and provide great service. I recently had to return a pair of boots due to a manufacturers fault I had not noticed when I purchased them. The staff member that I dealt with was amazing she dealt with the issue so fast and efficiently and the replacement boots arrived within a couple of days as they did not have my size in stock. I definitely could not have asked for any better service than that.
Im really disappointed with the staff at Number One Shoe warehouse. I went Shoe shopping for the kids and None were willing to allow my 3 year old who cannot hold the distance to the public toilet use their toilet on premises, the manager behind the counter making strange excuse that no staff were on to take him, that it was just her on, when I clearly spoke to one extra staff member and saw another on the floor seeing 3 in total. A business who’s target market is children, yet won’t help in time of need. My child would not make it to the public toilet so had to wizz in the garden! where’s the humility?!
loved the shoes i bought for our engagement party. very comfy and stylish. just like my expensive ones but the shoes that i bought from here was the best. $79 but feels like a thousand bucks. love it so much!!!
Great place. Great staff very helpful. The manager came over and personally served us as well as making observations on how we could do better in obtaining our shoes. I was so thankful that I poped in to get some help. I walked our with 2 pairs of great shoes. Thank you.
Absolutely exceptional customer service from Ashleigh! She's been a team member for just a few months but didn't show it - very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. She made my visit very enjoyable so thanks Ashleigh, keep up the fantastic work :-
Very unpleasant experience. Needed to exchange a pair of boots that were faulty and was accused of wearing them first as white soles were slightly grubby. In actual fact all of the shoes in store with white soles are slightly dirty due to the filthy state of the shop floors. Last time I shop here. Absolutely disgusted by how I was treated.
Great store, lovely friendly staff, they are very busy at times though so can’t always find a staff member who’s free to help, they try their best to help everyone but I can see how they struggle especially with the mess people make OMG! When they can help they are fantastic though.
Good size store but no music was playing which didn't help with getting in the mood to buy shoes
Love shopping here, great customer service.
Found shoes I wanted online but didn't have in store when I went it to check what size I wanted. But I did find something similar to what I wanted that would work fine{needed shoes for a fancy dress themed dinner
