I've been having tension in my neck and shoulders. Body massage helped reducing soreness and tension significantly. Also facial deep cleansing made my skin brightened and pampered. My whole body benefited! Staff are professional and friendly. Services are very beneficial. If u are looking for some place to be relaxed and pampered, definitely recommend it. Thank you five elements spa.

Very relaxing and calm ambience, close to the heart of the city. I came here for a much needed facial during the week and was not disappointed. The shop has large individual rooms that offer high end facials and massages, for a reasonable price. The facialist was very professional and showed great skill. I particularly enjoyed the ambience and solitude, being able to take a good hour out of the usual hustle and bustle. Will definitely be back again and highly recommend a visit.

I had one of the best day spa experiences here and they’re currently running their Seasonal Package and I tried their Winter Pamper Package: Winter Awakening. Upon entering the store, I was kindly greeted by the staff and they served me tea so that was really nice especially when it’s cold outside. This package includes half an hour of hot stone massage and one hour of deep facial purifying and cleansing treatment. You’ll need to take off your shoes and wear their in-house slippers before entering your treatment room. My treatment started off with the best hot stone massage on my back while laying face down and the pressure was perfect. It wasn’t too light and wasn’t too strong as well. You could feel the expert hands of the masseuse with the help of massage oil and hot stones massaging all the muscle tensions and knots away. Just perfect. After the massage, I turned around and laid on my back to prepare for the facial. The lady who did my facial was really gentle with my skin and you could almost fall asleep. It was a great experience not to be missed. And the whole time you get that spa-like music playing in the background. Definitely interested to come back again!

I took my mum with me for a spa day and we actually had the best time! The Japanese wooden bath was so calming and I had the best deep tissue massage after! Usually I'm pretty stiff and tight that most struggle to get deep enough for the massage, but the lady was amazing and got out all my tight spots! My mum had a facial and massage. She said it was one of the best facials she has had in a while! 100% would recommend Five Elements Spa! I can't wait to come back!

For the longest time I have been trying to organise a spa day with my best friend and that’s where we came across Five Elements Spa. I have been going 1 million miles an hour so I booked us in to have the Utopia package and it was absolutely the experience we both needed. I had an incredible aromatherapy massage and my friend had a deep tissue massage and we both felt like a weight had been lifted - both physically and mentally. To finish we both had a foot spa and massage and it was the most relaxing experience. If you are looking for a sign to take some time out for self care this is it! Absolutely incredible experience, the staff are so attentive and calming and you will leave feeling so much better than when you walked in. Will 100% be back

I’ve tried the urban escape package. The treatment didn’t happen in the order stated on the website, I got the full body massage first, head massage then facial treatment. The head massage felt super short and the facial treatment longer than 30min. Not too big of a deal there but when the lady started doing the facial I had no idea what was happening because she didn’t talk at all, not even when she used a machine on my face that was uncomfortable. Also she left the room for about 10min while the mask I assume it was was acting. In all Spas I’ve been too the lady massages either hands or scalp in the meantime, not leave the room. I certainly did not want to just lay there when I’m paying $269. After the treatment finished, the lady said it was done and left the room. I was the one to say thank you before leaving. It was overall awkward and and I expected more with the price tag. Disappointed because it has so many good reviews :/

I went with my husband for a couple massage and facial treatment and I left feeling fab! The staff are attentive and the ambiance was relaxing and peaceful. Definitely recommend Five Elements. It’s also in a great location to get food and shop before or after the treatment

Best facial/massage experience !! I came to Five Elements Spa without any expectation so I was very very impressed with the service provided. The staff here are super friendly and they went above and beyond - always making sure I was well looked after and taking care of the finer details such as asking if I wanted a tea before AND after the spa treatment. We tried the Winter Awakening Package. It was so relaxing and honestly one of the better spa facial/massages experiences I've had in Melbourne. The facial was a purifying and cleansing treatment - it was very hydrating - the lady who served me always made sure I felt comfortable and was letting me know what she was putting on my face. The massage was definitely the winner of the day - I didn't want to leave the place. Highly recommend Five Elements Spa as I will be back more frequently than not. For that price, I think it is such a great deal to treat yourself and your loved one!

Stepping into this spa was a very welcoming and friendly experience, I was greeted by a lovely staff member named Elina who made the experience feel 5 star from start to finish. She was extremely friendly and had plenty of knowledge recommending the most suitable treatment for my concerns. I had a 60min massage with Elina and cannot explain in words how incredible it was!! From the pressure to communication and overall care she showed for me, it was truly wonderful. I will recommend all my friends to see her. The best massage and service ever! The facilities are clean and luxurious A++

Decent decor and great service I've tried one of the most popular packages - Euphoria, lasting for 2 hrs including body massage and facial cleansing. Overall it's a really relaxing and good experience.
