NRG Express is a fantastic juice shop with a wide variety of delicious and healthy options. I highly recommend the banana smoothie. It is made with ripe bananas, frozen yogurt, milk and ice, and it is the perfect balance of sweet and creamy. The smoothie is also packed with vitamins and minerals, making it a great option for a quick and nutritious breakfast or snack. The staff was friendly, and the shop is clean and well-maintained. Overall, I highly recommend NRG Express and their delicious banana smoothie.
Yeah I kind of expected much better superior coffee since it's all organic. Really just bad barista I think. Also the ladies working seemed not too happy at all. I'm from Sydney and the SYD domestic is always pumped but hell they make much more superior coffee and have smiles!!
Very bad experience on 26th dec 2022. Ordered a mango smoothie paid 15% extra as it's long holiday and after 15 minutes of wait I got a cup of milk with some drops of mango flavour. COMPLETELY TASTELESS. The thing which Push me to write this review is that I saw the person prepared my smoothie and found that it's just filling half of the cup so they added plain milk on top of that directly in the cup.without putting extra flavour and mixing in blender.
Ridiculously over priced, total rip off, $14.50 for a so called large juice that’s a medium size at any other juice bar and $18.00 if you want protein added which is only $11.00 at any other juice bar.. whoever the owner/ manager is you seriously need to get a grip, no wonder there’s NO line up at your counter!! Overheads might be high, but how do you justify $18.00 for 2 kale leaves, a stalk of celery, an apple, 2 slices of pineapple and a scoop of protein??
Not 5 stars because it was very overpriced but my experience here was pretty good. Only place in the airport that offered actual healthy options that also tasted good. I bought a rainbow salad forgot what it was called exactly with shredded beets, carrots, lettuce, quinoa, beans, and corn as well as a raspberry chia pot
There were several hygiene and safety concerns. For instance, the fruit was left out all day in the warm without any cover, which posed a health hazard. The kitchen door had no handle for months, posing a fire risk. There was also a hole in the freezer floor that could cause accidents. The management mistreated their staff, with unpaid bonuses and overall disrespect. The staff appeared unhappy and demotivated. Overall, I would strongly advise against visiting this establishment. The disregard for hygiene, safety, and staff well-being was highly alarming.
Overpriced and poor quality. We had to go back two times to get the toasty and frittata properly heated. The toasty only has two small slices of cheese in the middle, leaving the sides empty and dry. Banana bread is also dry.
Honestly just skip it. I know there aren't many healthy options at Gold Coast airport but this place is ridic. They fill the smoothies/juices with huge chunks of ice and sandwiches and wraps are below average at best.
06/05/23 7:30am the person at the register was rude, and lacked any type of customer service skills, and unfortunately this is not where it ends. Coffee was unbearable. Wrong temperature and horrible tasting. Ham and cheese croissant even worse. Burn, and lacking any finesse. Price is outrageous as well. Very poor.
Paid for fresh juice of orange,apple, carrot , ginger and multi vitamins Orange juice from supermarket fresh orange Juice bottle poured into glass in front of me and she said that’s fresh , I said he’ll no ! And after the lid was put I asked what multi vitamins they put it - none she said - and they call it fresh worse experience don’t recommend this juice bar. I got my money back !! And will never go back!!
