I can't rate this team highly enough. Ute broken into Monday, contacted Matt Tues morning, drivers window replaced Wed. Fantastic friendly fast service. The best Novus team I have dealt with in both Auckland and Wellington. Don't bother going anywhere else!

Consistently good, skilled, professional service from the team here, even with more complex jobs where modern car tech makes screen replacement more challenging. When issues occurred after screen replacement, as sometimes happens, they were fixed quickly. Obviously not ideal that somebody had smashed my window in. However, the team at Novus quoted a very competitive price and were able to get me in quickly. Team was a bunch of good fullus who got the window sorted within 40 minutes. Would recommend, if in need of glass services.
