Changed the windscreen, great job. Good communication as well as customer service.
I had a crack on my windscreen, so I filed a claim with my insurance and went to get it replaced. When I arrived, the receptionist at the repair shop immediately asked when I bought the car. I told her it was a couple of weeks ago. After inspecting the crack, she claimed it was old, had been previously repaired, and wasn’t new. She advised me to go back to the dealership where I bought the car.nI explained that I purchased the car directly from Toyota, and they wouldn't sell a vehicle with a 25 mm crack directly in front of the driver's line of sight. She suggested that I might have missed it and didn't notice it in the past couple of weeks. After a long argument, I just decided to leave.nI contacted my insurance company again and explained that there’s no way I would have bought a car with such a significant crack, nor would Toyota have sold it in that condition. After an hour, they suggested I try another repair shop. I went to Smith & Smith, everything was sweet and they replaced the windscreen within five days.nThe entire experience with Novus was a complete waste of time and a hassle. I wouldn't recommend them at all.
On time service and very polite crews
Went to get my sunroof fixed but they have broken my sunroof cover and pushing the blame on to the panel beaters. They have also left black glue on my window and my hood lining is out of place and not cleaned properly. Tbh this is not good service or standard. They will say that my car show up with my sunroof cover open which is true but it wasn't broken in half now they will not replace and will continuously push the blame somewhere else so it's not on them. They have a responsibility to look after and not damage cars while in their service and they have done none of that.nnReplied to the comment left on my review:nYou didn't document the fact the my sunroof was broken while in your care, I left it open but came back to it shut and in pieces when I brought this to your attention you pushed the blame and ignore me as well as call me saying that I was at fault. There is not professional at all.nWith saying that you invesgated the issue you meant that you just push the blame over to the panel beater and only came to the party once I message head office about what you had done.nIf you would like to point out actual facts then do so accordingly.nThe panel beater was the person who went beyond and above to help me with a solution, you just ignored it until it became a bigger problem. I still don't recommend novus but I recommend bell block panel beaters for any rust services.
