We are currently undertaking mandatory quarantine in this hotel, and under the circumstances couldn’t be more pleased. Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and good food options. Today we even got Christmas presents and a gingerbread house kit for us to build!
Have stayed overnight for some years prior to early flight. Lovely clean and comfortable rooms. Found evening meal expensive and had cheaper breakfast at airport prior to flight.
My five stars go to the Reception staff at this hotel. I was sent here for hotel quarantine and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of during our stay. They see you, they listen to you, they advocate for you and they actually care about you. Especially big thanks to Geoff.
Good Ambience. Excellent service. Excellent staff behaviour. Healthy and tasty food.
