Lovely new Hotel. Clean, neat, tidy and sound proof. Great location, easy walk to main street, park, marina, train station. Had everything we needed for a stopover.nYes, car park is tight but you don't need to use it.nMorning coffee from the combi van downstairs was perfect !
Our 4 night stay in a great location was less than satisfactory and we were very disappointed. The tariff seemed excessive for the level of amenities. No parking on arrival, no plug in the bathroom basin, no response to our request to alter the control of the air conditioner. Also only one teaspoon, minimal hanging points for clothes or towels in the bathroom. No information folder or map of Kiama for visitors. And the toilet flushing system was semi broken!
Excellent service, the staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Easy hotel parking. Very clean and comfortable, quiet, room was small, tiny balcony woth no view but still great value for money. Pool was great, my 9 year old really enjoyed it. Grand hotel next door does delivery to your hotel room - delicious food.
I've now had two short stays and am very pleased with the Nova. It's so convenient to the railway to Sydney, with just a short walk to the shops or the beach, that the position is unbeatable. While the rooms are not super luxury, they are modern, clean and comfortable. Maybe best of all, the pleasant people on the reception are always happy to provide good coffee and snacks in the foyer. Finally, I should mention that there is underground off-street parking.

They make the vibe so effortlessly welcoming, warm and relaxing.nGreat location, clean and modern, sleek design features.nOnly star lost for size. One bed exec bedroom was great, just the lounge area small. Would suggest leaving bed kit for kids on sofa bed for guests to make up themselves and enjoy the sofa until bedtime.nGreat having delicious pastries and coffee in the cute Kombi van foyer.nCar parking complimentary made it easy.nLots of great food options easy walk.nView is of the town with the sea in the distance.this is what was exactly explained to us.nThank you! And huge thanks for extra time after checkout!
