Went yesterday for a quick ice-cream before jumping on the city cat, only to be told that they didn't stock them anymore. Ordered an over-priced apple tart and took a seat outside. Twenty minutes later and no sign of the tart that had been sitting in the cake cabinet. Went back in to cancel my order and was told it had already been sent out. No apologies that we hadn't received it, just a rude "I will get you one right now". Terrible service and not appropriate rectification of the issue. They weren't even busy in the place. Definitely won't be going back there again. Save your money for a more welcoming and better value place. After all that the apple tart was average and definitely not worth the wait or cost.

Love bringing my small group here. Staff very friendly and accommodating. No problem ordering from the "little ones" menu for older people that can't eat a big meal. Have visited many times and no bad experiences at all. Great outlook onto Brisbane River

Great location. Parking is a drama here (I noted that there is only one disabled parking space). A little more attention to detail by the staff would go a long way. Example: jug of water was not cold, one of the staff continually left the door open letting out the precious air conditioning (this visit was on a stiflingly hot day), meals took nearly an hour to arrive. Portions were huge (fish and chips ordered). Very good, but could be better.

Just had a fantastic birthday brunch for 20 people, and it couldn't have been easier or more pleasant! Easy to book, lovely folks to help organise all the logistics before the event, and great food and views on the day. I'd definitely recommend this place for large group events - views, food, easy access and parking, awesome air conditioning and friendly staff, so can't ask for much more!

Initially very helpful, was asked to pay a deposit to secure a date, before being given a contract of terms. Had to wait for a date to be rebooked after we had to unfortunately cancel, still paid a penalty of $600. Finally refunded the remaining deposit less the $600. Lesson, no money should be asked for nor paid until contract terms are given and understood.
