I am writing to express my appreciation for the service provided by the truck driver, VIK #311, who was operating the blue curtain truck.nnThe driver exhibited exceptional professionalism, demonstrating promptness, courtesy, and clear communication throughout the process. He ensured the pickup was always secured, executed the pickup with care and efficiency, and his safe driving practices instilled complete confidence in the service.nnIt is evident that Driver #311 takes pride in his work, and his commitment reflects very favorably on your company. We engaged this freight company to collect a time-sensitive order, only to be met with unprofessional conduct. The driver arrived, complained about being parked on the road which is a matter outside our control and actually a council issue as the council has a no-standing rule on one side of the street. The driver refused to use our available driveway and simply drove off without collecting the freight.nnThis careless behaviour directly impacted our business. When freight isn’t collected as scheduled, our customers don’t receive their orders on time, and our reputation suffers. We rely on logistics partners who understand the importance of reliability and basic problem-solving. Unfortunately, this experience demonstrated a complete lack of both.nnWe will not be using this company again.

Fantastic job by all in involved working seamlessly in conjunction with Pack & Send Toowoomba. A delicate machine tool and accessories from Brisbane to Melbourne... 5 days door-to-door / pick-up to delivery. Even the delivery guy with the tailgate lift and pallet mover... handled it with utmost professionalism and a big smile!

I've using NORTHLINE for a long time and there are hit and miss when it comes to delivery. This 5 star is for DRIVER 334 only. AMAZING SERVICE and a great attitude towards clients. He takes care all the packages in his care. If he makes a mistake he makes it sure he's accountable and solve the problem. The only Driver i want is DRIVER 334.

I don't think the top loading only tape was clear enough. No compensation given for the crushed item, $2k down the drain. But I suppose they are cheap for a reason and they were kind enough to reimburse the freight charge.
