Phoned once to get an insight into getting a pallet sent interstate w, 1st person gave me instructions, 2nd person I spoke to a week later after the ball was rolling now told me different instructions.  Now I have to turn the pallet into a full crate, on top of that the seller im dealing with has no way of weighing it, was told there's no way they can accept the job without knowing the weight despite the fact they will weigh it as soon as it arrives at the depo.  They refused to work with me on this one, no possible way to help, unwilling to help a customer in getting an accurately charged job.  You could easily accept the pallet, weigh it, phone me and accept payment over the phone, EASY DONE logical even but no, not their policy to do so

I had a furniture delivery via Northline today and thought of adding a review. In terms of their tracking there is a lot to be desired since it doesn't seem to be showing the right status till the day of delivery. However they do communicate via sms giving you various options which is good. In terms of the actual delivery, I found the person doing my delivery to be a star. Garmandeep went above and beyond during the delivery accommodating my requests. Absolute star of an employee.

Finally a delivery company that delivers on their promise. We arrange a large freight from Melbourne to Perth and the entire process was seamless and goods were delivered in 6 business days... AMAZING!

I don't think the top loading only tape was clear enough. No compensation given for the crushed item, $2k down the drain. But I suppose they are cheap for a reason and they were kind enough to reimburse the freight charge.

They sent a driver who didnt want to do the job, so instead he took his time, and they sent me an email explaining I had to pay extra because the driver needed to wait for me...Northline the company is great, the drivers are lazy and give them a bad name.
