Monday after Christmas Christmas observed they weren't even open. Full crew there taking care of the snow plow crews and sold me a snow blower
Good at sales. Poor at customer service. Shouldn’t have to call twice to get a return call to request service. Furthermore they say they will come pick up your tractor to get it serviced but then they don’t show up so you call and they reschedule and then they don’t show up again. Not ideal when you use your tractor for clearing the driveway and it’s the dead of winter.
Very nice folks. Easy to deal with in the purchase of a new smaller tractor with attachable implements I wanted. Great, affordable financing. Just the equipment I wanted. Thank you folks and neighbors for a pleasant business deal! J. R.
