Good shop, good people.have recently begun a shop upgrade, especially around the layout. Nice to have a very local store, with most of the parts and accessories able to be grabbed on a Saturday morning for a weekend ride. Dean is knowledgeable and honest with his advice. I prefer spending here than online alternatives.nThey have heaps of stock and options . If you are looking for a road rager, dirt burner or any size ATV they will be able to help you out.
Excellent customer service highly recommend .offerd me a test ride. Which was nice because its becoming harder to test before you buy. It wasn't a problem i didn't have to ask.
Would not recommend to order online from this business. Slow to order, don’t reply to emails, “lost” the tracking information, can’t even tell me when my order was sent let alone its current location. It is quite frustrating having a customer screaming at you wanting his quad bike back, but the parts supplier can’t even confirm that the part was even sent.nnEdit… My issue is not with the time that the order has taken to be processed, I was aware that it had to be ordered in first. My issue is the lack of communication and lack of care.. How hard is it to send an email confirming that the order has been sent and provide a tracking number for said order? How hard is it to reply to an email asking you to confirm that the order has been sent? How hard is it to return a phone call when you said you would? The whole process is very unprofessional.nnI’d like to add that I find it amusing that you had the time to reply to the bad review within moments of it being written but still can’t be bothered to send me an email with the tracking information. It still hasn’t even been confirmed that my item has been sent. When I called because I couldn’t get a reply to my email, I was told “I think it has been sent but I can’t be certain because Australia post lost the docket”.
Bought a new KTM and had an amazing experience. Dean has a great knowledge of bikes and all the staff were extremely helpful. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Dean even helped me load the bike on the trailer and strap it down in the rain..
Riding from Zeehan to Stanley on a BMW R1200 and rear tyre totally destroyed, rang BMW in Hobart and Launceston unable to help with replacement so found North West Motorcyle in Ulverstone. They were so helpful, had the tyre I needed and organised fittingnGreat people providing motorcyclist a fantastic service
