Needed a roadworthy check for my scooter, friendly and helpful when I contacted them, scheduled the inspection within a couple of days.nFriendly staff at reception, inspection was completed promptly while I waited.nLarge range and variety in the showroom.
First visit supplied the wrong fork seals for my KTM Duke. Next, I already had a new back tyre I wanted to get fitted. Called in one day and quoted roughly $40-50 from the lady at the counter.nWaited a day for a call back to book in, then waited for 2 and a half weeks to bring it in. Pick it up. Invoiced for $80. That’s OK Disposal of tyre $13 and miscellaneous products used $7nRiding home realised next to no rear brake until I pumped it a dozen times. Lucky I realised this rolling into an Empty roundabout!nAnyway will continue to support local especially as they are the only KTM agents on the coast. Despite my experience. Good selection of bikes and gear. Friendly staff. Hoping my next trip is a positive one

Actual service from real riders. When chasing a hard to find part for an 25yr old bike they were more than happy to help. The difference in service between NW motorcycles and the competition is like night and day. Even when they couldn't find the part they still helped with a solution. Thanks Tash and all the other staff.
Good shop, good people.have recently begun a shop upgrade, especially around the layout. Nice to have a very local store, with most of the parts and accessories able to be grabbed on a Saturday morning for a weekend ride. Dean is knowledgeable and honest with his advice. I prefer spending here than online alternatives.nThey have heaps of stock and options . If you are looking for a road rager, dirt burner or any size ATV they will be able to help you out.
