Helpful staff, clean shop and pretty good stock levels.nThey are doing extensions , which will be great because they will be able to carry even more stock.nThey carry kings adventure camping gear, which I have often brought online, but would prefer to buy locally where possible.nCan recommend them for anything trailers, caravans and towing.
Have had a few service experiences now and each one has been perfect. Punctual, always keep appointments, keep you up to date on progress of work and their work is well finished. Superior to their peers which justifies the teeny bit more money they charge for the job. Yes, they will be a little more costly yet my experience having lived in an older style motorhome for a few years now - better to pay a little more and have it done right the first time. Thanks once again to the team at lifestyle.nReplaced larger and older Waeco two door fridge with a considerably smaller Bushmans - that they had in stock anyhow. Given the enormous change inside, they made the transition seamless
A+ for customer service! From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed. I had 2 visits and each time I was greeted, listened to and referred to the right person. They were busy after the Chrissie break, but still took the time out of their day to help. They helped me trouble shoot my battery management issue and got me back on the road in no time, with a minimum of fuss. Highly recommended these guys. Everyone in the store was lovely and accommodating.
Do not waste your time using their service department. Do not trust them.nThey try to find something wrong every single time, they are an old school scamming mechanical service setup,nMy story: Took my van for a rego inspection, got told 2 things needs fixing. That’s fine we give the ok to get these fixed.nOnce they have done these 2 minor issues, they then call to say they have found something else. We accept that, order the parts in ourselves, take the van back to have these parts fitted - only for them to then turnaround and say after fitting these parts they have found something else, in fact the parts we had fitted weren’t needed and that this new issue is the main issue….. this is despite their mechanic and the service manager telling us we needed these parts 3 week earlier… up to well over a thousand $$ and still no closer to having the van registered…nwouldn’t have their service department fix my pushbike. Avoid them at all costs…
Very friendly & helpful staff, lots of products. A one stop shop & big workshop. All things caravan and motorhomes.
