Usual wait for a gov dept,, got the job done,,, nothing special

We had a very smooth experience with getting ID verified, maybe getting lucky with no waiting time.  Friendly and professional service from Kyra and likewise with the security staff. Worst experiences of my life happen at this place highly disappointed

Pros • has a moat •looks like a shipwreck  cons •they put people in cages

Staff are rude and mocking, you can get put into remand just for an accusation without the police proving that you did any thing wrong - I thought it was innocent till proven guilty.

Tongue is old but sharp!
