First time that I have been extremely disappointed with this clinic, Dr was dismissive and lacked duty of care when being seen by them.nWill be looking at going to another clinic after going here for more that 30 years.nWhen I rang to complain was told they would let Dr know and I can send an email.nSo I suppose I have to make another appointment elsewhere to get my other issue looked at, great waste of $80 excluding the subsidy of $20.
A 5 star review to shoot out to the amazing nurses at this clinic. They've completed all my kids vaccinations - easy to get nurse appointments, calm environment and very skilled at their work. My 4 year old today didn't even notice the needle!
Want to give them zero stars but can’t .nWaaaay too busy to function as a professional and compassionate medical service.nNo contact once they re opened after recent closure due to power failure.nBad luck if you get missed.nThey don’t care ….nAnd even charge you to have your electronic records transferred to a new service!!nIt’s not cheap!!nCan’t even complain , the receptionists don’t give a hoot, they just want to get you off the phone.

YES, that was you.nnPlease forward this email to anyone you want.nnDoctors are good ADMIN total failure.
Excellent medical centre. Receptionists are always friendly and helpful despite being extremely busy and dealing with some rude people. Beth was great lovely and very helpful once again.
