North Ringwood Gym provides an inclusive, friendly and fun environment for women and men of all ages, sizes, shapes and fitness levels to work out in.
When you join North Ringwood Gym, you're in control of how you want to exercise. We have over 20 Group Sessions per week to choose from, or you can have a program set up specifically for your goals and needs.
Whether you want to tone up and lose a bit of weight, improve your fitness so you’re not struggling for breath, you’re recovering from an injury or training for a marathon, our fully qualified team is here to put together an exercise program specific to you and your fitness goals.
If you prefer to work out at your own pace and in your own time instead, come on in and use the gear whenever it suits you. Or you also have the option of Individual or Train with a Friend Personal Training. These sessions can work you that little bit harder or are also good for those getting back into exercise to ensure your technique is correct.
Joining a gym can feel a bit daunting, especially if you’re feeling out of shape. When you join North Ringwood Gym, you’ll be in a comfortable environment full of support and encouragement.
