Came for the fitness, stayed for the Soap. 

I mean the varied high itensity workouts, the world class coaching, and the fun upbeat and infectious culture is great. 

But truly the best thing about The Ringwood F45 is the soap in the showers. I'm pretty sure it's farmed from the happy tears of magestic unicorns at a laugh factory. My skin has never been happier. 

Seriously... come try it out. You won't regret it!
