The drinks were nice but two of my family members ordered a veggie burger each separately and there were multiple missing ingredients. An egg, aioli and spinach were all missing and when asked to be redone only the egg was added with the spinach and aioli still missing. We’re not mad, we’re just disappointed.
owner doesn’t know how to treat customers with respect. gives a bad attitude occasionally coffee orders are never written in shorthand on the cups so you have no clue if the coffee you’ve been handed is actually what you wanted. food is decent though. not the coffee
Perfect place for a catch up, good beach view and spacious outdoor seating. Highly recommend. Public toilets are available at the walkable distance. I have been living in Wollongong from over 8.5 years and never get bored coming to the restaurant and enjoying the coffee.
Went today friday 13/01/23 to the beach to relax and cool off after hard day at work. Came out of the water and thought a fish and chips by the beach would be nice. Then got told tonigh is Mexican night and said only following food is available for order. Anyhow ordered a Mexican beef burger and chips at 5:55pm guess when I received my food, ridiculous wait time. received my meal at 7:10pm. Over an hour wait. They never told me at the order desk it would take this long. Otherwise, I would have gone elsewhere. I went and ask them what is going on with my order multipletimes the person was not apologetic or seemed to even care. The odd thing was the place was not even that busy. Finally, received my meal. It was the worth burger and chips I ever had in my life. Burger was dried , beef had no flavour or any sauce toppings, chips was burnt and over cooked. Throwed it in the bin and left. Do not recommend this place for food. They shouldn't be in food business or hospitality. worse experience of my life.
I come in on Sunday morning from my first outing having surgery on my hand the Friday before. I was putting the lid on my coffee and spilled the coffee all over the counter. The gentleman making the coffee was so helpful and calmed me down a bit as I was trying to clean up the mess, assuring me someone is coming to clean it up. When I was more than happy to buy another coffee he placed one in front of me and told me to have a lovely day. Great customer service and a great coffee, will definitely be back :
I couldn’t find anything labeled vegan on the menu so I went with an acai bowl which is usually the safe option. I ask the helpful waitress behind the counter if it was vegan and it took alot of her time while she and her colleagues checked the ingredients for me saying that the granola had honey but otherwise was vegan. It’s bad enough paying full price without everything but 18$ for a tiny acai bowl was a bit unfair. Not to mention this caused a big line to form. It really helps to have vegan options labeled clearly on the menu so that we don’t waste the waitresses time and cause lines. One star for the helpful staff
Amazing food. One of the nicest pizzas I have ever had. Nice modern layout. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone who loves great authentic Italian food with a friendly atmosphere. Really good service. Fresh and tasty
Great view and location. Excellent food variety and service.
Busy cafe, thinking it would be nice coffee. The wait on coffee is ridiculous, always someone new on the coffee machine, no customer service the staff are very rude. The coffee is average nothing to rave about and expensive compared to other coffee shops in town. Don’t be fooled but the location.
My mom and I split 4 different dishes. LOVED 2 of them and didn't enjoy the other 2. But I guess loving the 2 outweighs not liking the other ones The pear/ricotta cheese dessert was divine! Views are fab, and the staff very friendly! Really lovely cafe. Will definitely be back!
