Visited today I live local wow! I haven’t had amazing service in a pharmacy I don’t think ever. It’s funny how you just get used to going to a pharmacy expecting supermarket service. You guys are not like that at all. I WILL ensure I regular your pharmacy from now on. Great work!

Had a booking for the Vax but went in a week early in hopes of a walk-in hustle. Too easy. We are delighted to have got in sooner! Excellent service and everything made simple. Relief!

I have only been here twice and unfortunately have had both interactions quite poor with the staff. On this second occasion though, I had to wait over 25 minutes for a shot as my papers had been misplaced by staff. No apology was given and the experience has left me not wanting to go back there.

Twice they haven’t had a standard script in stock. Useless getting scripts faxed or emailed as if they don’t have it you have to go back to the doctor and get it done again - can’t just get it sent to another chemist if it’s got a different address on it. Appreciate quick response and tried to help but now considerable time until can get script reissued which is time with a sick child not getting what they need. Very prompt communication and willingness to help though.

I found this Pharmacy amazing, helping the community with administering vaccinations. Even on Christmas day!. Always going above and beyond. Thank you for all your great work team, it's really appreciated.

Didn't feel welcome in there at all. Went in to get a script and had the two ladies behind the counter snickering while I was waiting. Terrible customer service. What kind of person puts down other people???? Honestly, it's the business' loss. I will just find somewhere else where I feel treated with respect. Word of mouth is a powerful thing..... The real Family feeling a pharmacy should have. Really good team that operates and works there. The staff are really friendly and helpful.
