Dropped in to the store to check on technology - was ‘greeted’ as soon as I entered and asked how they could help me, I asked if they sold phones suitable for older people, the male attendant just said ‘no’ and a lady said ‘JB hifi or Telstra’ … I felt welcome 0%, the whole experience felt awkward and rude, I didn’t have the opportunity to see what other stock they DID sell, shame really as I manage Home Care Packages and could have potentially given them a lot of business.  On to another store who IS interested in discussing all options.

Chris at Better Life Co provided absolutely outstanding service & delivery when I needed items for a friend who is in hospital. Quality items, brilliant service and same day delivery - very impressive and a pleasure to deal with - - thank you!
