I found the team so good - they were real and gave excellent advise and knowledge of the surgery, its effects and expected results. But this was only the first bit - the best bit about the team is the extended care that they offer. The whole team is approachable and were willing to help sort thru any issues that I had. I did have to go back for a dilation, which was immediately fixed. They also had excellent advise on how surgery wasn’t a magic bullet and the diet and exercise that is required to support the surgery to achieve success.
Highly recommend Patrick and the NEWLS, I felt comfortable from the first meeting and still feel that way 12 months on, if it wasn’t for NEWLS I don’t think I would be here today and I don’t think I could ever thank them enough for changing my life

Dr Patrick Moore is a very skilled surgeon with, shall we say a great sense of humour too. Don't get me wrong he is a real professional but relaxed and in total control, just a genuine, real person who genuinely cares too. After several attempts to get success with various surgeons and finding a lack of knowledge in the industry I was finally referred to Patrick, Game Over. I had surgery around 3 years ago and the whole experience has been awesome. The Dietician Meryl, is more like a friend when we speak, but sure knows me well and sure knows what she is doing. Always there ready to help or advise. Patrick has a well versed and dedicated team of professionals around him in support, from Anaesthetist, assistants all the way to the lovely ladies on reception. I recommend Patrick and his team any day of the year and just referred my son to him for a consult. 10/10

I couldn’t recommend Dr.Patrick and his team enough….literally life changing! Dr.Patrick is kind, warm and funny, I feel completely at ease under his expert care. I always feel like my health and well-being are the teams number one priority and nothing is ever a hassle. They always return missed calls/emails promptly, so I’ve never been left hanging. I love that there is a dietitian, Merrill, on the team that I can contact /make an appointment with at any time, who is very real understands life’s hurdles and offers excellent guidance when things start to get tough.
