This is the second time I’ve been into the store and unfortunately, received poor service from the staff. They aren’t rude but they aren’t welcoming either. I’ve read through other reviews on here and they are generally positive so I’m not sure why the service was lacking on the occasions I visited. The shop itself is well stocked with items which is great as it saves a trip to Albany.
North Beach Silverdale have a very welcoming vibe and helpful team. I have come in store twice and have been impressed by the attentive service by all of your team that I have been in contact with. Just a lovely shopping experience which is a rarity these days!
Just popped through to return some shoes i purchased online that were a bit tight, was served by Kyle who was so knowledgable on the shoes and was an absolute pleasure to deal with a true credit to your shop. Thanks team will be back again soon.
honestly the friendliest staff, super genuine and helped me process my return even though it was a bit complicated… definitely would only visit this branch even if it means driving extra kms compared to Albany… chur team!

I don’t normally leave reviews, however, my shopping encounter with your employee Couper really was worth mentioning. I came in to buy a birthday present for my younger brother, completely lost for ideas, and Couper was so helpful and polite. Exceptional and genuine customer service. Really pleased with my experience.
Though I liked the store, the account set up and so called gift is pretty rubbish to be honest. On sign up, I was told I'd get a $20 voucher for my birthday, which is nice. I went in and bought some odds and ends I needed and was pretty pee'd off that my voucher, being 14 days old, had expired. There was no mention of expiry dates when I signed up. Pretty sharp marketing to get your email to constantly bombard you with promotional stuff. Not the best marketing ploy and not a great way to treat a customer - will be cautious about shopping there again and have subsequently unsubscribed and blocked the emails.
Disappointed with this store and it's archaic rules, my husbands birthday was 9 April and he was sent an email with $20 voucher to use, we went in today and was told that the voucher expires up to 2 weeks so ended up paying full price...when he signed up he wasn't told to use up voucher so quick, bought quite a few items in this store but will unsubscribe and won't be shopping there again! Don't give out vouchers unless you have a 3 month plus expiry date!!
Wow - came to leave a review and just glanced over a few of the other reviews and I am in total agreement that a wave of happiness awaits customers once inside those doors. What a great bunch of young people - all so happy to be at work and it shows in the way they treat us as the customers. I've come in a number of times now and will ALWAYS come back because the staff are just amazing. So helpful and welcoming. Customer service from Mikayla and Dani leaves me feeling so special, these girls are "gold" I've come in with NO IDEA of what to get as gifts and they're so knowledgeable of the products and extremely helpful. Highly recommend shopping at this store.
Today I went to buy a RollerSkate. I reached there just 7 mins before the closing time and I asked what time they are closing and whether I should come tomorrow. The lady said in 7 mins but we have enough time... This is the first time I am seeing such a welcoming staff even when they are about to close and go home. The service was sooo sooo good to make me write this review. They made sure to get me the right size and treated me and my little one so patiently without showing any rush. Very happy with the product too.
