The staff were incredibly always welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We loved the convenient location close to major attractions.and the motor way.

I had to book rooms for some service men and dealing with Norfolk Motel staff was probably the best experience I have had dealing with motels ever. They went out of there way to accommodate my service men.n10/10 Will book with them again.

I love staying at Norfolk when I travel for work. It is my home-away-from-home. It is cozy, extremely clean and tidy, close to all that’s needed, and the host Kim is second to none. Kim makes it outstanding and lovely and homely. She’s amazing and so very efficient! 10 STARS.

Absolutely awesome place to stay, very clean, tidy and comfortable place to stay. Great location to explore the far north and the many beaches it has to offer as it is situated on SH10 / SH1, however you never get disturbed by road noise which makes for a good night sleep. Very handy to a cafe that serves great food and some very tasty sweet treats and friendly staff.nThe owner if fabulous and makes sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.nHighly recommend staying here if you are in the area.
