Beautiful area, parking is SCARCE because of how busy it is but still so much fun!
Breath taking views, very refreshing,nWell worth a walk
Beautiful Noosa National Park. Car park was full at 12n. We managed to drive in circle 3-4 times around the 4hr parking spot before getting one but it is something worth waiting for.nnEnjoyed the Palm Grove Walk trail for approx 2.8km 1.4km each way. It was a nice meandering track along with the coastal scenic view. See photo map attached. Our intended destination was Hell's Gate but we will get there next time. However, we passed Boiling Pot, Tea Tree Bay, Dolphin Point, Koala Gulla and Granite Bay. There were a good flow of walkers, joggers and it was a sunny day. Saw a few people sun baking at Tea Tree Bay. Also a good toilet facility about 3/4 way between Tea Tree Bay and Dolphin Point.nnThe whole walk was a wonderful experience. Noosa local council has done a good job to beautify the place with lots of information, signs and directions. You will not get lost. As it is a very popular spot, start early, hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, water are essential.nnAboriginal word Wunya Ngulum welcome to Kabi Kabi Country is one of the beautifully kept secrets in Australia. Thank you Noosa City Council and the gubbi gubbi people.
If you have no other option, you should steel yourself for an epic parking adventure. Always a frenzy, especially when the surf is up. Be prepared for long waits or better yet take public transport
Noosa National Park is an iconic spot with great hiking trails. The beautiful shoreline is surfer heaven. The parking space here is minimal and is mainly taken up by campervans and surfers. I suggest starting your walk trials from the Noosa Heads Surf Life Saving Club.nnToday there are so many surfers, and impressive how everyone lines upon the sea, waiting for their wave/pipeline. We are fortunate to see a couple of dolphins in the ocean.
